The booking amount includes only the rental charges and the GST.Fuel is not included in the rental charges; however, sufficient fuel will be provided to reach the nearest petrol station.

Yes. We have a limit on km for all bikes and scooters. The Kms limit depends on the no of days you rent and based on the model. Any extra Km on a bike or scooter attracts a charge per km + GST and it varies according to the model and no of days.
Yes. The speed limit for all Regular Scotty or Bike is 120 kms. Rs. 1000 will be charged for every violation of the speed limit.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the website for detailed information on any applicable fees or conditions.
No. You can pick the vehicle from any of your preferred locations however it has to dropped back to the same location.
Yes, there is a security deposit which will be collected at the vendor location or by the delivery executive in case on home delivery.
The following documents will be needed to rent a vehicle.
For Indian Customers
● Driving License: Original Indian Driving license is required and a learner license is not applicable.
● Aadhar Card: Original Aadhar is required and if your mobile number updated in Aadhar is not as your registered number then upload an additional document (PAN or Passport)
For International Customers.
A valid driving license from their home country with an international driving permit is necessary along with a valid visa and passport. Please carry the Original documents for verification at the time of pickup.
As each vendor has their own set of terms and conditions, documents to be submitted/shown will be confirmed at the time of the pickup.
Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license. Some high-performance bikes may have higher age requirements.
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email and SMS from Wheelsfly confirming your booking and the address of the pickup location along with contact mobile number.
If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule
i. Before 3 Hours – 90% Refund
ii. Before 0-3 Hours - No Refund.
The refund will take up to 7 working days after getting an approval for refund.
